Ordered a sandwich with no mayo as it makes me sick every time I eat it. I called because they put mayo on my sandwich and told them the mistake and they said, “okay.” That was it. No apology, no attempt to correct it. I explained I’m a night shift nurse and this is my only chance to eat before going in. Still no apology. Worst customer service ever. Will never go back.

Great sandwich shop! I just had one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had, the Clubby. I added peppers but seriously every ingredient was fresh and the bread was awesome. These guys know how to make a sandwich.

Came highly recommended and it didn't disappoint. Loved the half of Wrecked sandwich with all the toppings. Great toasted sandwich. There chicken pot pie soup was delicious. Filling, tasty, but not greasy.

The curbside pickup process is always very seamless. Employees are always really friendly. Food is always delicious. Take notes, Jimmy Johns and Chipotle!

My favorite sandwich here is called A wreck. Tons of meat. I've been coming here for years and I love this place more and more. Great food, great staff and great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to anyone! 👍

I love Potbelly sandwiches and shakes. The only reason I gave this location 3 stars is that it was slow and appeared disorganized compared to others, but don't let that dissuade you.

I ordered from DoorDash which was great and fast. However, my sandwich had no veggies or mayo on it something I did not request, and my side didn’t come. My kids sandwiches I requested no veggies but mayo. They only put meat and cheese on all three. This made my sandwich gross and dry. Currently waiting on my side to show up that they are re sending out. Probably won’t order delivery from here again.

Potbelly is my new go-to lunch spot downtown. It's a bit of a small place, but I've always been able to find a seat. Cozy environment (the furniture reminds me a bit of Caribou Coffee), but very fast service. The only time there was an issue with my order, they really promptly fixed it and brought my sandwich out to me (and also upgraded it to a larger sandwich!). Absolutely wonderful customer service. Everyone working there has a smile on their face, and the food is delicious! Also affordable-- I can get a full meal for about $10, which is hard to beat, especially for the quality. Also, their garden vegetable soup is my new favorite thing! 10/10 would recommend.
